Industry Development Policy Study Center of FDRE Policy Study Institute (PSI) organized a half-day workshop in collaboration with the Ministry of Technology and Innovation on November 7, 2019 at Friendship International Hotel here in Addis Ababa. The joint research reports of the two organizations focused on the title “Development of Technology Transfer in Manufacturing Industry and its Challenges, Opportunities and Policy Options”.
The Macroeconomic and Finance Policy Study sector of PSI conducted a brief meeting with AidData on Nov. 4, 2019 at the meeting hall of the center. AidData is a research and innovation lab located at the College of William & Mary (USA) that seeks to make development finance more transparent, accountable, and effective.

The FDRE Policy Studies Institute (PSI) organized a validation workshop on ‘Ethiopia Productivity’ on the 8th of August, 2019 at Eliliy International Hotel.
The workshop began with welcoming remarks by Dr. Yohannes Ayalew, Deputy Director General, PSI and Head of Macroeconomic and Financial Policy Studies Center at PSI. Dr. Yohannes warmly welcomed the participants to the very relevant joint validation workshop and recalled that this workshop is organized as a follow up to the one that shared the stakeholders an interim report on Ethiopia productivity, on the 22nd of February 2019.
